Appeal Process For Cambridge English Qualifications 2025

  1. General information:
  1. This appeals process for Cambridge English Qualifications only applies to Listening, Reading, and Writing skills but Not Speaking skill. The appeals process includes two stages:
  • Stage One: A full clerical recheck-check that all of the marks and final calculation of grades are correct.
  • Stage Two: A re-mark of written tests.
  1. All candidates wishing to submit a Stage 2 enquiry must have received the outcome of their Stage 1 inquiry.
  2. Candidates should contact the Authorized Exam Centre for guidance through the process, submitting a Results Inquiry form following the below process.

Deadline
1 Candidates wishing to inquire for the exam results must complete the Results Inquiry Form. Within 14 days from the date of receiving the exam results.
2 Make the payment for Stage 1 fee: 1,100,000 VND Within 05 business days from the date of receiving the Result Inquiry Form
3 In case a candidate has received the results at Stage 1 and wants to continue with a Stage 2 inquiry, the candidate must send a request for the Stage 2.

The Stage 2 fees:

– A2 Key (KET)/B1 Preliminary (PET) exam: 3,200,000 VND

– Other exams: 4,900,000 VND

 Within 03 weeks from the date of receiving the outcome of Stage 1.

 
4 If there is any change made to the candidate’s results (from both Stage 1 and Stage 2):

–          The fee will be refunded;

–          The candidate returns the certificate to the Authorized Exam Centre to get a new one.
