Step 1: Contact our Cambridge English Exams Department at (024) 3232 1318 (ext. 300/301) or hotline 0913 231 318 to confirm your exam date.
Step 2: Exam registration:
• For individuals: Register at https://oea-vietnam.com/en/exam-dates-registration/ and pay the exam fee.
• For organizations:
1) Complete Form 05– Candidate list form;
2) Submit your candidate list at https://oea-vietnam.com/en/exam-dates-registration/;
3) Pay the exam fees.
Note: Candidates are considered registered successfully for the exam when they have completed the registration form and paid the exam fees in full.

Step 3: BrainClick., JSC | OEA Vietnam confirms the exam fee payments within 3 business days of the payment date.
Step 4: Confirmation of Entry (including exam date, time, and venue) will be emailed to candidates within 3 to 5 days before the exam date.

1. Exam results: Candidates can look up their exam results by visiting https://candidates.cambridgeenglish.orgaccording to the schedule indicated on their Confirmation of Entry (approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the exam date for paper-based tests, and 2 to 3 weeks after the exam date for computer-based tests). The ID number and Secret number are provided on the candidate’s Confirmation of Entry. Candidates can refer to the online instructions for checking results here.
2. Cambridge English Certificate: The certificate will be available after 04 to 06 weeks of the exam date for digital tests and 07 to 09 weeks of the exam date for paper-based tests. Notification of certificate delivery will be sent to candidates via email and SMS.
3. Statement of result and certificate release date are subject to change by regulations of the Cambridge English Assessment.

1. Starters, Movers, Flyers exams:

Candidates are required to present the 02 following documents when entering into the exam room:

a) Confirmation of Entry with an attached candidate photo;

b) Notarized copy of Birth Certificate or Passport or ID card.

The Exam Board will collect the Confirmation of Entry and the notarized copy of the Birth Certificate or Passport or ID card after the exam session.

2. A2 Key (KET), B1 Preliminary (PET), B2 First (FCE), C1 Advanced (CAE) & TKT exams:

a) If the candidate is 18 years old or above: Present one of three following documents on the exam day: Identity Card (ID) or Passport or Driving license. It must be valid and has not expired on the exam day.

b) If the candidate is 17 years old or under: Present one of the following documents on the exam day: National Identity Card (ID) or Passport or Driving license or Candidate Identification Form form provided by BrainClick., JSC | OEA Vietnam (Form 04).

Note:

Candidate Identification Form (ID form) must have the affixed seal of the school or educational institution in which the candidate is currently enrolled. Candidates are not allowed to take the exam if they fail to present the above documents. The Exam Board reserves the right to refuse a candidate’s identity document if there is suspicion of forgery, or in damaged conditions.

1. Candidates are not allowed to change the exam after having completed registration.
2. Exam fees are non-refundable after registration.
3. In case of absence on the exam date due to illness, candidates will need to provide medical evidence from the city/province level hospital to the exam board; the candidate will then be eligible for consideration for changing to another exam date.
4. Absentees on the exam date are not eligible for a refund of exam fees.
5. The exam schedule is subject to change by the Exam Board. In case the exam schedule is canceled or postponed or full of entries, the Exam Board may advise candidates to transfer to the next exam date.
